Whew! I made it through a full moon on Friday the 13th but not without some weirdness, most of which was good weird, so I’m happy to laugh and keep going.
But what’s new in my shop? Well, I’m going to show you:
A pair of Vintage (probably early mid century) handmade crochet throw pillows. Frequently, items crocheted in this period had some rather, well let’s say ‘eclectic’, color combinations.
Maybe because there was such an explosion of colors available in the thread choices, but for me, I like the softer tones. These purples – lavender and pansy – are gorgeous.
The leaves are a sea foam green that are a delicate accent. The main color is an Ecru or off white and the liner case is a soft purple cotton.
These pillows, once they have their inserts in, are 12″ x 12″ – perfect for a throw pillow. And this pattern and color combination are the very definition of Shabby Chic. Do you have a purple passion? Follow the link below to my Etsy shop Old Raven:

Thanks for being here, have a great weekend.
